I’ve stayed out of the Rush/Steele/GOP fray.
It turns out Jeff Goldstein says it better than I would anyway noting the bigotry of low expectations and once again bowing to the left because the right “sounds mean”.
I’m not fond of Rush – but not because of his beliefs. He’s annoying on a point to the point of gagging and his name calling and bragging do nothing for me. I’m a girl. I suspect that most of his audience is male though of course there are many women that listen to him too. I’m just saying.
But the one thing I do like about Rush is he doesn’t back down. (remember Reid and the phony soldiers))
Someone can call him a meanie or unpatriotic or treasoness and he laughs out loud and points out how that someone is wrong, not him.
The GOP would be smart to listen to Mr. Limbaugh.

Thanks for linking to this important squabble (and it is), but that should be “treasonous”.
That post is dead on.
I don’t know about the your subjective woman thing and Rush, but the rest of it.
So what is the problem with wanting “The One” to bail? If he succeeds this country will no longer be a republic but will have some form of socialistic gov. Yes, I hope he fails and I hope that the mindless lemmings following him will soon wake up to what is going on. For eight years the liberal dems. had no shame in wishing President Bush would fail.
Dad always hits the nail on the head! I don’t like Rush either, but I detest all talk radio and people yelling on the radio at us. Doesn’t mean I think it shouldn’t exist, just means I listen to music instead. Part of that free country thing we had better enjoy while it lasts.
