When you’re a kid

When you’re a kid, all your stuff just comes to you by magic.
If mom or dad say, no, I don’t have the money, your response is, “Lets just go to the bank then and get some”.

Apparently in Greece, there are a lot of children.

Also in Athens, some 150 members of the armed forces staged a silent parade to protest at having their bonuses cut.
The EU has agreed to provide 80bn euros (£69bn) in funding, while the rest will come from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Yes, the rest of Europe, who is also in trouble, will be funding the strikers to keep them employed while they strike.

I suspect a big part of that is because their government isn’t to be trusted. If your folks lied to you all the time and then said “No, I don’t have the money” would you believe them?

It is soooooo important for governments to be relatively trustworthy. I’m not sure why they never get that.
