Ah yes, all the men, gay people, Catholics, Muslims, post menopausal women, couples who’ve been “snipped”, and singles who don’t sleep around get to join the “risk” pool to cover the free contraception for the ladies who want it.
Risk being the risk of getting pregnant which is apparently the same as being sick.
Obama is currently rethinking the Catholic part (answer to be expected post next November).
