Day one:
Today is the day the Supreme Court will hear arguments on whether Obama’s “this is not a tax” penalty if you don’t buy mandated insurance coverage can be counted as a tax now that it’s convenient to do so.
Good news if you agree with me.

As someone who was fortunate enough to sit in the Court for the first day’s proceedings, the Justices all seem well aware of their role in our 3-part government and prepared to accept that role. It was an awesome experience….and I am still prepared to call BS if their decision goes against my belief 🙂
